Abstract: The paper analyzes the research trend of risk management mode of industrial accidents,discusses the definition & classification of risks,the improvement on process of risk management and elaborates the way enterprises carry out risk assessment and management based on the summarization and review of the basic concept,procedure and application in accident assessment & prediction of risk assessment.
