Abstract:
In view of the present refractory iron ore depth reduction of high energy consumption, high cost to the industrialization of the status quo, the flux added to reduce depth reduction temperature test was done, through reducing agent type, amount, reducing suitable temperature experimental study, obtained by Na
2CO
3 as flux. At the condition of ore:Anthracite:Na
2CO
3=6:3:2, deep reduction temperature could be dropped to 1050℃. The poor fine oolitic hematite with ore grade of 35.23%, through the depth reduction magnetic separation, could be obtained iron concentrate grade is 93.04%, the recovery rate is 94.53%.
