煤矸石预先回填塌陷区的关键技术研究

    Research on key technique of depression reclamation beforehand filled with coal gangue

    • 摘要: 国内大多数矿区都有占地面积很大的煤矸石山和塌陷区,利用煤矸石回填塌陷区,不仅能减少煤矸石占地,还能够复垦塌陷区。通过计算塌陷高度,可在地表塌陷之前预先回填至预计高度,以便于煤矸石的回填施工,同时还能缩减地面的储矸场地。塌陷区的填埋高度必须严格控制,以免二次回填或回填高度过大。由于煤矸石中通常含有汞(Hg)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、砷(As)和氟(F)等有毒有害物质,当这些物质含量超过允许标准时,采用直接回填将会导致土壤和水的污染;根据毒害物质的含量不同,对煤矸石使用适当的回填方式,可以保证复垦的安全和避免二次污染。

       

      Abstract: There are some depression areas and coal gangue dumps in many mine areas in China, which generally occupy and waste large-scale land. To fill depression with coal gangue, it can not only reduce coal gangue, but also make depression reclaim. By calculating the depth of depression, depression can be filled in advance before the coal below is extracted, which contributes to save the ground of coal gangue and to improve the construction quality of the filling. Furthermore, the filling thickness should be controlled strictly to avoid it too high or low. Usually, coal gangue includes some toxic substances, such as mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), arsenic (As), fluorine (F) and so on. As for the direct and simple filling method, while the concentration of the toxic substances is over the allowable mark, the soil and water will be polluted by coal gangue. So coal gangue will be classified by the concentration of the toxic substances, and different coal gangue should be filled in depression with different methods in order to avoid secondary pollution.
