Abstract:
In recent years,it has been an important direction on green mining that gangue based paste-like or paste backfill technology is used for mining coal under village,railway line and under water.The analysis of slurry's rheological parameters is a basic work for the design of backfill pipeline system.For the practical problem that the general rheometer couldn't test the rheological characteristic of high density gangue based backfill slurry,the rheometer on high density gangue backfill slurry's rheological parameters and the corresponding test method are developed,according to the coarse aggregate,high viscosity material characteristics of the backfill slurry and the test theory of rheological parameters.By the test and analysis of the paste-like fill slurry's rheological parameters of Gonggeyingzi mine with the new rheometer,the friction coefficient of the backfill pipeline transportation is determined.The research provides a scientific basis for the optimization design of the mine backfill pipeline system.
