摘要: 通过试验,研究了某铜矿的细粒级全尾砂沉降特性,寻求不同尾砂浆浓度下最合适的絮凝剂添加量;工业试验中立式砂仓仓顶溢流水符合回水要求,砂仓实现连续放砂,相关参数达到技术要求。研究成果为矿山在细粒级全尾砂充填系统中,不经过浓密机,直接由立式砂仓进行重力、絮凝浓缩提供参考。Abstract: The paper research a copper ore tailings characteristics and study the most appropriate flocculants add volume of different tail slurry concentrations. In industrial test, the overflow water achieve technical requirements, the vertical sand realize continuous working. The research results to provide reference for that the tailings filling do not pass through dense pool and straight concentrate by gravity or flocculants.
