磁性纳米粒子对赤铁矿表面磁性影响的试验研究
Experiment research on the influence of hematite surface magnetic by magnetic nanoparticles

摘要: 采用氧化沉淀法在开放体系下制备纳米Fe3O4磁性粒子,利用该纳米磁性粒子对弱磁性的赤铁矿表面进行磁化处理,再采用磁选法对其进行回收。试验结果表明,该方法可大大提高赤铁矿的磁选回收率。在氨水用量0.2mol/L,反应温度70℃,磁性粒子用量3kg/t,油酸钠用量10kg/t,矿浆pH控制在8左右的条件下,可实现赤铁矿与石英的选择性分离。通过对颗粒间EDLVO作用能的计算,确定磁性粒子与矿物颗粒间的有效磁化作用距离为0~50nm。Abstract: Surface magnetization of hematite in pulp with synthetic Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles which were formed in the method of oxidation precipitation by air method in pulp and were coated on the surface of hematite.Then adopt the method of magnetic separation for recycling.The experimental results showed that this method can greatly improve the recovery rate of hematite magnetic separation.Selective separation of hematite from quartz can be realized when ammonia 0.2mol/L,the pulp temperature of 70℃,pH=8,3kg/tmagnetic particles,10kg/t sodium oleate.Through quantitative analysis EDLVO energy between particles to preliminary explore action mechanism and determine the effective magnetization of magnetic nanoparticles and mineral grains range of 0~50 nm.
