Abstract: This paper reviewed the China's mining enterprises financing process, analyzed the present situation of the mining enterprises financing and its channels, summarized successful experience and developing trends on the foreign mining enterprises financing through comparative analysis, and advised how to develop China's mining enterprises financing channels and improve its capital market development.
