似膏体料浆流变特性及其影响因素分析

STUDY ON THE RHEOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTIC AND EFFECT OF PASTE-LIKE SLURRY

摘要: 似膏体充填是一种新型的充填采矿模式在流变特性实验的基础上,对以凝石作胶凝材料的似膏体充填料浆的流变模型和流变参数影响因素进行了研究。建立了似膏体料浆的流变模型。并对似膏体料浆浓度、粉煤灰含量、凝石含量、料浆温度等因素对流变参数的影响作了定性与定量分析,揭示了其影响规律。结果表明,似膏体料浆近似呈宾汉塑性体。似膏体料浆浓度和粉煤灰含量对其流变参数有显著性影响,料浆浓度78%和粉煤含量20%是优化的料浆配制参数。

Abstract: Paste-like backfill is a new mode of mining backfill.Based on the experiment of rhelogical characteristic,the rheological mode and rheological parameter of paste-like backfill slurry by using sialite as cementing material were studied.The rheological mode of paste-like backfill slurry was esablished.Qualitative and ration analysis of the effect is conducted on the density of slurry,the content of fly ash,the content of sialite and slurry temperature to rheological parameter.The effect law was revealed.The result shows that the rheological mode of paste-like slurry is similar to that of Binhan plastic fluid.Paste-like backfill slurry density and the content of fly ash has closely relation with rheological parameter of slurry,slurry density 78% and the content 20% of fly ash is reasonable parameter.
