新型磁选机在某矿的试验研究

    The research on the test of the new magnetic separator being used in a mine ligang

    • 摘要: 某矿1969年建矿,选矿为单一磁选。近40年来,有104台750mm×1800mm湿式永磁筒式磁选机一直采用。随着选矿系统深挖资源潜力,提高资源利用率工程的实施,降低尾品,提高金属回收率,是选矿厂头等大事。而老式磁选机,无论是磁场强度、磁系结构,都很难达到较佳的工作效果。因此,探索应用新型磁选机来降低尾矿品位、提高金属回收率,成为了某矿攻关的主要课题。通过考察比较多家磁选机工作结构、磁系结构、选别效果,与某新材料技术研究所达成协议,在某矿老主厂一段磁选试验了一台新型磁选机。经考察,选别效果达到了较好水平,为后续大规模改造提供了技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: There is a mine founded in 1969, and the ore-dressing measure of the mine is the single magnetic-separation. In the last 40 years, 104 wet-dressing permanent magnetic tubby separators with the specification of 750×1800mm are being used. With the deep-exploitation potentiality of the mine-dressing system improved, putting the projects of boosting the utilization rate into practice, lowering the grade of tailings, and improving the metal reclaiming rate are the principal matters for ore-dressing plants. However, not only the magnetic field strength but also the magnetic structure of the old magnetic separators can hardly achieve the better results. Thus, exploring and applying new magnetic separators to lower the grade of tailings and to improve the metal reclaiming rate becomes the key problem to tackle. Through inspecting, a number of magnetic separators are compared; the compared indexes are the work structure, the magnetic structure, and the separation results. The mine accords with a new material technology research institute to test a new magnetic separator in a mine's old main plant. The separation results of the new magnetic separator are certified great through the test, and the test provides technical support for the follow-up large-scale transformation.
