Abstract: Building stone is vital to the construction industry,the establishment of evaluation index is conducive to the sustainable development of building stone mine;based on analysis of effects of building stone mines on economic,social,environmental,resources,safety and other factors,constructs the index system;then calculates and evaluates the degree of Rui'an building stone mines sustainable development;the result of evaluation shows that main factors affecting the layout of building stone mines include:stone resources reserves,mining area,overburden volume,location advantage,mining output per unit area,geological disaster etc.Finally,puts forward three proposals about planning to achieve sustainable development of Rui'an building stone resources:scientifically set binding targets,the expected goal and oriented object.
