Abstract: For the fitting acid-leading ores with much clay and low infiltration, its infiltration can be improved by the method of making grain. It is key to choose a kind of endured-acid making-grain binder. Compared with several binders, a kind of crude macromolecule compound is chosen. And the use amount of the binder, the most appropriate dimension of original ore and the solidifying time are determined. The infiltration of the ore is thus improved and demand for heap-leading if completed met. In the meantime, the effect for trough-leaching and column-leaching is also compared, which displays that the column leaching rate arrives at 93% after the indoor making grains and by the clustered column leaching, about 55% sulfuric acid is saved, compared of direct infiltrating leaching.
