Abstract: Mineral resource plan is a component part of the national economy and social development plan.It is an important basic for examing,approving and monitoring mineral resource exploraiton.In this paper,based on evaluation of implementation of mineral resources plan in changzhou for the first round,and analysis of the compilation features of the mineral resource plan for the second round,to put forward countermeasures of perfecting the system of mineral resources plan,make full use of the macroscopic guiding function of mineral resources plan,implements the annual implementation scheme system of mineral resources plan,and to do well on the mid-term evaluation of mineral resources plan.
