Abstract: In view of the data characteristics and the decision targets in mining enterprises,a decision support system based on data warehouse technology is established in this paper.After introducing the main framework,certain key points of the system are discussed in detail such as the building of data warehouse,online analysis system and data mining system.Finally,the operation program for establishing a Quality Analyzing DSS is described according to the quality analyzing task of the mineral processing plant in a gold mine.The system has been put into application successfully,and satisfied effects are obtained.
