无机阴离子与十二胺捕收剂添加顺序对硅酸盐矿物浮选的影响

    The effects of inorganic anions and collector's different addition orders for the flotation of silicate minerals with dode-canamine as collector

    • 摘要: 本文研究了十二胺作为捕收剂时,Na2SiO3、NaF、Na2S和(NaPO3)6与捕收剂不同添加对硅酸盐矿物浮选结果的影响。结果表明,十二胺作为捕收剂时,NaF的添加及添加顺序的不同对硅酸盐矿物浮选基本没有影响;Na2SiO3、Na2S和(NaPO3)6在前添加对硅酸盐矿物浮选有很好的抑制作用;在后添加则能增强或者削弱对矿物浮选的抑制作用。

       

      Abstract: The effects of different addition orders between sodium silicate, sodium fluoride, sodium sulfide, sodium hexametaphosphate and collector for the silicate minerals’ floatation were researched in the paper. When dode-canamine was used as collector, the addition and the orders of NaF had no effect to the silicateminerals’ floatation; the silicate minerals were inhibited by odium silicate, sodium sulfide, sodiumhexametaphosphate’s addition before collector; the actions were strengthened or depredated when the reagents were added after collector.
