Abstract: At present,the world economy is complex and ever changing,under the huge pressure of the development of mining,summarizing the changes between mineral resources economic and technological innovation is very important to realize the mining technology innovation driven transformation of the mining development mode.This paper studies the development situation of the mineral resource mining and mineral processing in recent years include production and consumption,mining investment,profit level change,technological innovation and the standard construction.Mineral resources of terminal market consumption in China is the driving force behind the development of mining economy and technology standards.With changes of the water,electricity and fuels and residence CPI,mineral resource mining and quarrying industry PPI index,investment in fixed assets,ratio of profits,taxes and interests to average assets,radio of profits to total industrial costs,patent applications and standards publishment are changed.And they keep synchronous change or delay(1year)changed synchronously.
