Abstract: Chenzhou city is a resources structure city, the mineral resourcs is rich, the mineral resourcs development is stronger,it is biger that the proportion of mining economy occupies in the national economy. But, it cause mining industry disorder because the partial official corrupt, the small ore randomly mining,the mining development simultaneously initiates questions of environment destroy, resources waste and low ensure degree of resources, this will be restrictde serious this city national economy sustainable development.This paper has discussed sustainable development of mining economy according to Chenzhou's reality, proposed to crack down on corruption, mine moderate, carry on the resources conformity, adjust resources industrial structure, establish ecology compensation mechanism and develop circulation economy.
