Abstract: The reasons that cause the land resource to damage are detailed analyzed.Using the land sinking law,the land damage conditions are be predicted.It is necessary to manage the land expropriation and relocation information systemically、standard and entirety and to make an appraisal of the feasibility of the reusing of the land resource for support the decision of reusing the expropriation and relocation land.
