Abstract: This paper summarizes the actuality and the harm of coal mining environment pollution in China and analyzes the policy guideline on how to deal with the environment of coal mine.Some countermeasures are put forward for the exploitation of coal mineral and environmental protection in according with the actuality of coal mine environment.
