X-ray diffraction method for determining the content of zirconia in refractory materials

摘要: 本文提出了用X射线衍射法来测定耐火材料中氧化锆的含量。通过X射线扫描初步确定耐火材料样品中是否有氧化锆,再通过根据标准样品建立的标准曲线和方程进一步测定氧化锆的含量,最终建立了对未知样品氧化锆含量的定量分析方法。本实验方法适用于氧化锆含量大于1%的耐火材料样品。Abstract: X-ray diffraction method is used to determine the content of zirconia in refractory materials in the paper.Using XRD to determine initially whether zirconia is containing in it and confirm the content of it by the standard curve and equation established by standard samples.The determination method for zirconia content of unknown samples were ultimately established.The method is applicable in the refractories samples that the zirconia content are greater than 1%.
