浸水炮孔爆破水介质作用机理分析及应用

    Analysis and application of action mechanism of water medium in soaking-hole blast

    • 摘要: 下山掘进过程中,围岩渗水和迎头采用湿式打眼等,常常造成迎头积水。本文详细分析了浸水炮孔爆破时,炮孔底部水垫层作用、炮孔水压爆破作用、水封作用和水楔作用机理,充分利用水在爆破时的有利作用。通过在我矿试验并应用,掘进效率提高了30%~50%,降低了掘进成本,有效减轻了爆破飞石、爆破震动、爆破噪音和爆破粉尘等危害,提高了井巷施工的安全度,创造了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: In the course of dip head-driving, the face end is usually made accumulate water by water percolation of adjoining rock and wet-drilling in the face end. The action of water cushion at the bottom of holes, hole water pressure blasting action, water seal action and water wedge action mechanism are analyzed in detail in the paper when soaking-hole blast happens. Making full of the favorable action of the water in the blasting, which is tested and applied in our mine, driving efficiency is increased by 30~50%, driving cost is decreased, blasting fly-rocks, blasting vibration, blasting noise and blasting dust are efficiently reduced, the security of underground construction is improved, and better economic benefits and social benefits are created.
