剪切絮凝浮选细粒石墨的研究

    Research on shearing ocfloatation in fine grained graphite

    • 摘要: 剪切絮凝浮选是在高剪切条件下搅拌悬浮液团聚,然后再直接用浮选回收的一种选矿方法。是超细粒矿物回收的有效方法之一,被国内外许多学者应用于赤铁矿、菱锰矿、石英、及磷灰石等矿物的研究。本文主要研究用剪切絮凝浮选选别-200目细粒石墨,品位可以从89.57%提高到97%,同时探讨了煤油用量、剪切搅拌时间、搅拌速度、分散剂种类及用量、pH值等对选别效果的影响。

       

      Abstract: Shear flocculation flotation is a mineral processing method, under the high shear conditions in stirring suspension reunion and flotation to recovery. Shear flocculation is one of the effective methods in the ultrafine mineral recovery, and is using by many scholars at home and abroad in researching hematite, rhodochrosite, quartz and apatite. this paper primary studies the use of shearing ocfloatation in sorting the fine grade graphite of -200.It's grade can be increased from 89.57% to 97%. Exploring the sorting influences from the dosage of kerosene, the time of shearing agitation, the speed of mixing, the species and dosage of dispersant, pH, etc.
