Abstract: The economy globalization stimulates the globalization of mining industry.The trade volume of mineral products increases substantially,the investment on mining circulates globally and the merge of transnational mining enterprises takes place frequently in recent years.The developed countries encourage the domestic companies to go abroad to explore and develop mineral resources,the developing countries improve the investment environment of mining industry in succession so as to attract foreign investment for prospecting and develop the domestic mineral resources.
