基于磨矿动力学的GN8磨机超细磨矿能耗研究

摘要: 本试验以石英为原料,研究卧式GN8型高能磨机的性能和磨机在不同叶轮转速条件下输入能量E的数学关系。试验分析了磨矿产品中+15μm、+10μm的粒级含量,表明磨矿过程符合一阶磨矿动力学:随着搅拌器转速的加快,磨矿速率显著加快。试验同时分别定量、定性的分析了磨机在不同转速下的能量利用率,结果表明转速越高,磨矿效率越高,但是能量利用率会随之变低。Abstract: Using quartz as the raw material,the property of the horizontal GN8 type high-energy mill and the mathematic relation of input energy E at different impeller rotating speed are studied in this thesis.We have analyzed the the content of+15μm and+10μm parts,the results show that the grinding process complies with the first-order grinding kinetics:With the increasing of rotating speed the grinding rate is increasing rapidly.We have also analyzed the energy utilization efficiency of the mill quantitatively and qualitatively at different rotating speeds in the experiment,and the results indicate that the efficiency of the grinding will increase as rotating speed increasing,but energy utilization efficiency will decrease.
