搅拌磨湿法超细磨矿中铝酸酯偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙的研究

    • 摘要: 本文介绍了在重质碳酸钙搅拌磨湿法超细磨矿中,采用铝酸酯偶联剂(ACA)对其同时进行表面改性的研究。结果表明,药剂用量、矿浆条件和磨矿条件均影响改性效果,粉碎过程的机械力及其效应对改性有一定的促进作用。改性前后重钙物理性质的变化反映了良好的改性效果。红外光谱分析表明ACA在重钙表面产生了牢固吸附

       

      Abstract: The research on surface modification of finely ground calcium carbonate (GCC) with aluminate (ACA) accompanied by simultaneous wet ularafine grinding in stirred mill is introduced in this paper.It has been shown that the modification results are affected by dosage of ACA, pulp properties and grinding behavior;the crushing mechanic force and its effect caused during grinding have some intensifying action to surface modification.The chance of physical properties of GCC before and after surface modification represents favorable modification effect.It is proved that ACA had been firmly adsorbed in the surface of GCC by infrared spectra.
