浸出试验工艺条件对制备低磷铁精矿品位的影响

    Effect of technological conditions of leaching experiment on grade of low-phosphorus iron ore in preparation process

    • 摘要: 对高磷赤褐铁矿进行了光谱分析、化学成分分析、铁物相的测定,以及矿石赋存状态研究。根据赤褐铁矿的性质,本研究选择不同酸分别进行了硫酸、盐酸浸出试验。对最佳浸出酸进行了酸浓度、浸出温度、液固比、浸出时间等不同工艺条件的试验研究。试验表明最佳工艺条件:H2SO4浓度以8.33%较为合适,浸出温度以60℃为宜,液固比以2.5∶1为宜,浸出时间以15min为宜。得到铁品位为58.96%,磷品位为0.222%,铁回收率为75.08%。

       

      Abstract: Spectrum analysis, chemical composition analysis, determination of iron phase and the modes of occurrence on the ore of high phosphorus hematite-1imonite had been studied by the paper. According to the character of hematite-1imonite ore, leaching experiment were done by choosing different hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid respectively. Different technology conditions of best leaching acid was studied in the concentration of acid,leaching temperature, liquid-to-solid ratio and leaching time.Best technology conditions were shown:the concentration of H2SO4 is 10%, leaching temperature is 60℃, liquid-to-solid ratio is 2.5:1 and leaching time is 15 minutes, an ideal concentrate was obtained,which had the iron grade of 58.96%,the phosphorous grade of 0.222%, and the iron recovery of 75.08%.
