Abstract: Through investigating and analysing the question and experience in the domestic and international evolution of coal enterprise,relatively studying the difference characteristics of the traditional economic mode and recycle economy mode,drawing lessons from achievement and lesson of developing recycle economy abroad,we have structured out the general mode that our country develops recycle economy of coal enterprise.From resources of coal of our country and environmental question,proceeding from resources of coal of our country and environmental question angle,and setting out from such relation angles among the trades as the coal and electricity, building materials, chemical industry of our country,etc.,we have analysed the necessity that the mode puts forward and structures,and have analysed its feasibility because of circulation economic theory and system engineering theory and method; Finally, we investigate the suitability and validity of the mode from angle that case analyse.
