软岩底板煤层支架选型及顶板控制研究

摘要: 本文以西细庄矿软岩底板煤层支架选型及顶板控制研究为例,利用数值模拟方法对保留不同厚度底煤作底板及加大支柱底座面积的各种方案组合进行分析,确定合理的支护参数和方案。根据支架的受力特征,确定了采场支架的初撑力和工作阻力,进而确定了支架的架型。通过对该煤矿工作面支架工作状态的监测表明,支架在初次来压和周期来压时工作正常,从而证明了支架选型和支护方案的正确性。Abstract: Leaving bottom coal and increasing the area of base of support and different combinations were calculated by using numerical simulation method to determine a reasonable parameters and programs.According to the force characteristics of the stents,the stent setting load and resistance were determined,and then stent-type was determined.Through monitoring the state of Xixi Mine working face's supports,stents in the initial pressure and pressure cycle to behave were at work.,which proved the selection of the stent and support program were correct.
