Abstract: Through the analysis of coal property and synthesized mineral processing practice to enhance the coal flotation production efficiency of Qianjiaying cleaning plant, the author improved main process, and carried out a series of laboratory foundation research, and reasons of the increase of coal quality and improve the production efficiency are analyzed.The coal slurry gradually flotation separation and conventional process were difficult to realize of cleaner coal with low ash or higher yield, the good separation effect was realized through rougher concentrate and grinding, then obtained cleaner coal with ash 11.51% and yield 68.35%.
