薄煤层综采面低位钻孔瓦斯治理试验

    The industrial test studies of gas drainage with low-level borehol in the working face of thin coal seam

    • 摘要: 针对薄煤层综采面瓦斯涌出治理面临的通风和抽放难题,在某矿1205工作面回风顺槽内进行了低位钻孔抽放瓦斯的工业试验。通过分析抽放效果,得出回风顺槽低位钻孔抽放技术能够有效遏制上隅角瓦斯超限和工作面瓦斯涌出,减少通风负担。指出了低位钻孔抽放试验中存在的问题,并提出了进一步的试验建议,验证了回风顺槽低位钻孔技术治理薄煤层综采工作面瓦斯超限的可行性。

       

      Abstract: For the problems of ventilation and gas drainage during gas inrush at working face of thin coal seam,the industrial trial studies of the low-level borehole technique were conducted in return of working face No.1205.Through analyzing the outcomes of the trial,it concludes that the low-level borehole in return technique can effectively prevent gas level from exceeding gas limit at top face corner and gas inrush at working face,and therefore,reduce the ventilation burden.In addition,the study identifies the problems in the study of low-level borehole in return technique and provides the suggestion for the improvement on the industrial trial in the future.The study shows that the low-level borehole in air return road technique for gas control are feasible.
