Abstract: This paper analyzes and summarizes the current problemsexisting in Chinese enterprises' overseas mining investment,and gives suggestions on these issues.According to the analysis,political risk during mining investment is significantly high, the quality of the projects provided is not economically attracting, while the competitors outside are powerful. Meanwhile, Chinese enterprises lack international talent and coordinationwith others,making the companies facing severe situation.Accordingly, it is suggested that companies investing overseas should make decisions more reasonably with objective analysis on investing environment,and have a better equity ratio strategy,while attracting the talents by mechanism innovation. Also, it is necessary to operate following the domestic rules and implementing social responsibility,to win the respect from the local,realizing sustainable development.
