鼓泡法制备文石型碳酸钙晶须的实验研究

STUDY ON PREPARATION OF ARAGONITE STYLE CALCIUM CARBONATE WHISKERS

摘要: 本文利用鼓泡法在MgCl₂-Ca(OH)₂-CO₂体系中合成了文石型碳酸钙晶须。用X-射线衍射分析(XRD)表明制备的碳酸钙晶须绝大部分是文石相含有少量的方解石相,显微镜和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对晶须的进行了形貌分析,结果表明所制备的碳酸钙晶须表面光滑、均匀性好、长径比大。

Abstract: Aragonite whiskers were synthesized by bubble method in system of MgCl₂-Ca(OH)₂-CO₂.The results of XRD showed most of calcium carbonate whiskers was aragonite style and a little of calcium carbonate whiskers was calcite style.The structure characteristics of whisker were analyzed by using microscope and SEM.The results showed the surface of calcium carbonate whiskers was smooth and the ratio of length and diameter was big and whiskers were uniform.
