Abstract: “Requirements for Dynamic Management of Mine Reserve” is a rule of dynamic management of mine reserve, and it leads dynamic measuring of mine reserve to a standard course. This paper discusses its implements in coal mines and discourses the significance and the characteristics of the reqiurements. The paper also analyzes how to implement the requiremnets, and explains some common problems in brief.
