Abstract: This article analyses the problems resource industry faced in transformation and upgrading based on the perspective of enterprise competence promotion.The approach of resource industry's transformation and upgrading are proposed from the three aspects of competence like research,marketing and human resource management.Study has found that,resource enterprise would increase the added value of products,improve marketing effectiveness,accumulate a wealth of human capital,and then get long-term development through selects the appropriate approach of transformation and upgrading based on the perspective of enterprise competence promotion.
