Abstract: The paper introduces in brief Sarawak's geographical environment,society politics,economy and mineral resource.The environment for investment to mining industry in Sarawak is good because it exercises favorable and positive policy in the fields such as diplomatic relationship,taxation,law,mining right,international trade and administration of foreign investment.So Sarawak is a good cooperative partner for China in the mining industry.
