Abstract: In order to strengthen competitiveness, it is very important to construct a good information system. Enterprise Resource Planning combined advanced idea of management and up-to-date information technology. ERP Supplied comprehensive solutions for the construction of information for enterprise and the change of management model. The system structure and application frame of mining enterprise ERP were put forward in this paper. Key techniques of developing mining enterprise ERP software were discussed. This afforded some helpful ideals for mining enterprise actualizing ERP.
