Abstract: In this paper,The characters of mineral resources and the significance of its to china's economic and social development is briefly described.At the same time,the problems of its sustainable supply are pointed out;Then put forward the conception of recycling economy,besides,Some relevant countermeasures and suggestions for how to develop recycling use in the mineral resources domain,and studying directions are summarized in the future.
