Abstract: With the fast development of national economy,the need of mineral resources will significant increment.China mineral company has to exploit foreign mineral resources on the condtion of internal resources neck-bottle.The paper introduces some kinds of venture within foreign mineral development process,and how to identify and evaluate vennture.Finally,the paper also put forward some prevention method.
