少数民族地区资源型企业与当地社区和谐发展实证分析:以贵州省锦丰矿业社区为例
Analysis for the practice to achieve the harmonious development between resource-based enterprises and local community in minority areas: a case study on Jinfeng mining community in Guizhou province

摘要: 为了探讨少数民族地区资源型企业与周边社区如何实现和谐发展,本文在文献综述的基础上,以贵州锦丰矿业有限公司所在的布依族社区为例,通过分析企业与社区之间存在的矛盾,认为矿区矛盾既影响了企业的正常生产,又阻碍了社区的和谐稳定,基于这些矛盾引入了"四方共创和谐发展模式",结果表明:在四方共创和谐发展模式下,社区的经济、生计、公共事务和基础设施建设等事业都取得了较快发展,说明该模式对维持资源型企业与社区的和谐稳定具有重要的意义。Abstract: In order to study how to achieve the harmonious development between the resource-based enterprises and surrounding communities in minority areas,we analyzed the existing contradictions between enterprises and communities based on the foundation of the literature reviews and the example of Guizhou Jinfeng Mining Limited.The analysis showed that the mining area contradictions not only affected the regular production of enterprises,but also hindered the harmony and stability of communities.In view of these contradictions,Orefield carried out a pattern named "Four Parties Jointly Creation".It turned out that there was a rapid development in economy,livelihood,public affairs,infrastructure constructions and so on.So,this pattern has a significance to maintain the harmony and stability between resource-based enterprises and communities.
