某金银铜矿综合利用新工艺研究

    A New processing technology of comprehensive utilization on the gold-silver-copper ore

    • 摘要: 四川某铜矿山原有生产工艺简单粗放、产品回收率低,矿石中的金银贵金属及伴生石英矿物没有得到开发利用。本文在工艺矿物学成果的基础上,开发了适于金银铜矿的混合浮选-浸出的联合新工艺。该工艺通过混合浮选方法,分别得到铜金银混合精矿和混合浮选尾矿。其中,混合精矿经进一步浸出处理后,得到浸出率为90%的硫酸铜产品及含金91.01g/t、银6015.00g/t的金银渣产品;同时,混合浮选尾矿经反浮选和浸出除杂处理后,得到具有商品价值的石英精粉。研究结果表明:对四川某金银铜矿,采用推荐的混合浮选-浸出工艺,可以提高铜矿物选矿回收率,减少选铜尾矿的排放,对我国铜矿的技术开发和生态环境的保护具有重大意义。

       

      Abstract: The original processing of the copper mine in Sichuan province are too simple and extensive to get a optimal recovery rate,and the precious metals and associated quartz minerals in the ore didn't get the utilization.In this paper,the bulk flotation-leaching processing had been developed against the mineralogy characteristics.Firstly the ore would be separated to get the bulk concentrate and the flotation tailings by the bulk flotation processing.And then the copper sulfate product,leaching rate of which is 90%,and the residue with 91.01g/t gold and 6015g/t silver would be obtained from the bulk concentrate.At last,the salable quartz powder,the SiO2 grade of which is 98.14%,can be got from the flotation tailings.The recommended bulk flotation-leaching processing could improve the copper mineral recovery and reduce emissions of copper tailings,which is very important to China's copper technology development and the protection of the ecological environment.
