低品位膨润土矿离心机提纯工艺研究

    Research on purification process of low grade bentonite using centrifugal

    • 摘要: 为探索低品位膨润土矿提纯高纯蒙脱石的研究。实验采用品位为37.00%的莱阳富饶膨润土原矿进行卧式螺旋离心机提纯,采用正交实验方法考查了给料浓度、给料速度、离心机转速对提纯效果的影响,以及不同扫选段数对回收率的影响。最终在给料浓度5%、转鼓转速2304r/min、给料速度1.50m3/h条件下,经一段选别制得品位96.58%、产率2.44%、回收率6.37%的膨润土原矿,并采用三段扫选的工艺制得品位93.88%、产率9.05%、回收率22.96%的高纯蒙脱石产品。

       

      Abstract: To explore the purification process of low grade bentonite,Laiyang Furao bentonite,which montmorillonite grade is 37.00%,was purified by using horizontal decanter centrifuge.The influence of pulp concentration,feed rate,rotational speed,and the influence of scavenging process to recovery was presented in orthogonal experiment.96.58% montmorillonite,2.44% yields and 6.37% recoveries were obtained by using the condition of 5% feeding concentration,2304r/min rotating speeds and 1.50m3/h feed rates.And 93.38% montmorillonite,9.05% yields and 22.96% recoveries were obtained by using three scavenging process,which obtained high purity montmorillonite.
