Abstract: Form the aspects of the resources, geographic position and mining industry economy, technical predominance, holds the opportunity, and promotes the region mining industry economy comprehensive, coordinated, continued development of Xinjiang Altay. The paper analyze the situation of Bayan and Kobdo provinces, Mongolia neighboring with Altay area of China, which include the development existing condition of economic societies, the distribution characteristics and exploitation condition of mineral resource, the investment environment of mining industry and the Chinese-invested enterprise invests mining industry situation in Mongolia and the western two provinces of. Through analysis the paper point out the advantageous and the disadvantage factors of invest Bayan and Kobdo provinces mining industry, seven practical and feasible countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to strengthen the mining industry cooperation.
