肯德可克铁矿石选别流程的分析研究及方案确定

    The analysis research and scheme determination of benefication flowsheet of the kendekeke Iron mine

    • 摘要: 青海省格尔木肯德可克铁矿石属于矽卡岩型矿石,矿石性质较复杂,矿石中金属矿物除了磁铁矿外,磁黄铁矿的存在干扰了铁有用矿物的选别并影响最终的选别指标。本文通过对有限的试验资料分析研究的基础上,围绕脱除磁黄铁矿这一课题,提出了较为合理可行的选别流程方案。

       

      Abstract: The ore type of the Kendekeke Iron Mine of Ge’ermu City, Qinghai Province, China, falls in the category of skarns. Although its property isn’t very complex, its metallic minerals include not only magnetite but also pyrrhotite. The existence of pyrrhotite disturbs the beneficiability of valuable minerals and decreases the final recovery of iron ores. Therefore, based on the analysis of the limited test data, the writer puts forward a reasonable mineral processing flowsheet to remove pyrrhotite.
