Abstract: Secondary resources are referred to as tailings,solid wastes,waste water,waste gas,waste heat,damaged land etc caused by mining activities.They are resources and pollutant sources at the same time.Utilization of secondary resources is close related with environmental protection.Current status of utilization and problems related with enforcement of environmental protection law are described.
