Abstract: Since the second round of mineral resources planning implemented, resources situation is constantly changing, resources prospecting and exploitation and management continue to make new progresses, and new requirements to improve mineral resources planning implementation are put forward. The particularity, integrity and complexity of mineral resources planning make planning implementation complex. Management of planning implementation must be innovated, and link up with the dynamic changes of mineral resources prospecting and exploitation, so as to improve the operability of planning, and meanwhile maintain the authority of planning implementation. Start from the four core content of scale, layout, structure and timing, combined with significant changes during the planning period, and adhere to the principle of solving problems effectively and adjust as least as possible, the author proposes that the management of mineral resources planning implementation should be improved constantly by compiling the special planning of important mining of mineral resources, annual implementation plan and constructing dynamic adjustment mechanism.
