Abstract: In recent years, China's mineral resources management situation becomes increasingly complex, Mining management should establish a mineral resources management structure that include survey in advance, planning regulation, configuration by market, rights protection, regulatory powerful,green and harmony. In order to reflect existing conditions and utilization and management of mineral resources, it must rely on a comprehensive, scientific and systematic statistical indicators systems to fully report the following aspects:①the reserves of mineral resources;②newly discovered and geological exploration of mineral resources;③approval and issuance of mining rights;④mineral resource development and utilization;⑤regulatory of mineral resources;⑥mining environment and geological environment monitoring. This paper initially uses selected existing statistical indicators to establish a system of mineral resources statistical indicators based on a framework for mineral resource index system by analyzing the basis theoretical and guiding system of statistical indicators establish mineral resources, and researching overall objectives guiding system of statistical indicators.
