Abstract: In 2015,the unbalances of world economy development still exist,and may be more differentiation.The cyclical adjustment of global mining,targeting industrial chain consolidation,will near the bottom and enter into a new stage with more industry competition.Slightly decline of bulk minerals prices is helpful for global economy out of the recession.Mining company financing may be not so difficult and M&A activities will rise in the wake of global economy and capital market.Adjustments of law and policy have been and will be made in major mineral resources-rich countries for competitiveness of mining.New normal of economic growth in China will lead to the slower growth of consumption of bulk minerals,such as coal,iron ore,bauxite and others,the construction of "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road" will bring development of mining industry of the relevant economies.
