Abstract: This paper proposed an evaluation model on safe production and operation of mine with four gradations based on the information entropy theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In this paper,the weight of indexes is determined by the weight of information entropy,and the membership of gradation for each index is gived by expert group.The model can provide a theoretical method for evaluation management of the safe production and operation to mining enterprise.The scientificity of the model is proved by analyzing the practical application case.
