页岩气高效钻完井装备和工具技术方案研究

    Research on technical solutions to equipment and downhole tools for shale gas efficiently drilling and completion

    • 摘要: 常规油气钻完井装备和井下工具在页岩气开发过程中体现出一定的不适应性,需要进行技术改进以应对井工厂钻井、大型压裂施工、采气及环保的技术要求。本文结合工程实际,从技术现状分析入手,对钻机、钻头钻具、压裂装备、连续管作业设备、采气装备、环保设备等提出改进优化技术方案,并进行了效益分析。钻机自动化改进等高端钻机技术、大排量高压力压裂机组和管汇、连续管作业设备、耐油基螺杆钻具等成为目前国内页岩气开发首要完成的技术改进对象。

       

      Abstract: Large-scale development of shale gas relies on efficient cooperation of well-factory drilling,fracturing,gas recovery and environmental protection.The equipments and downhole tools designed for conventional hydrocarbon resources drilling and completion are facing a degree of inadaptability in shale gas development.We analyze technical status of current equipments and tools,propose optimizing technical solutions for drilling rig,bit,motor,fracturing machine,coiled-tubing,gas production machine,as well as environmental protection equipment,and also conduct benefit analysis of implementation.The economic development of shale gas should improve equipment technologies firstly including automation improvements for drilling rig,fracturing equipment and manifold of high pressure,coiled tubing units,oil-base resistant downhole motor,etc.
