钢渣高附加值利用模式分析

摘要: 针对我国钢渣的排放量和堆存量正在迅速增加,而其利用率却长期在低位徘徊的现状,分析了钢渣在建材领域的应用。由于钢渣成份波动大、易磨性差以及稳定性不好,钢渣用作水泥混合材或混凝土掺合料均难以达到高效、高值化利用的目的。利用钢渣的硬度大、强度高以及具有一定的胶凝性的特点,将其作为集料来应用,不仅可解决由于天然集料短缺而混凝土生产量递增,所造成的集料供需矛盾,而且可以提高混凝土材料的工程性能,降低其工程造价,从而取得较好的社会效益、经济效益、环境效益和工程效益,最终达到钢渣高附加值利用的目的。Abstract: The application of steel slag in building materials was analyzed in allusion to the larger amornt of steel slag but the lower utilization ratio.Steel slag is not better to produce cement or mineral admixture of concrete because of poor grindability,larger fluctuation of chemical and mineral components,poor stability and so on.However,steel slag may be used as aggregate according to alrger rigidity,higher strength and cementitious property,which will solve the supply-demand confliction of aggregates in the production of concrete presently but also improve the engineering performance and lower the construction cost,and as a result,the utilization of steel slag may be high-added-value.
