煤矿用120min自救器的研发

    Development of 120 minutes self-rescuer in the coal mine

    • 摘要: 针对目前45min隔绝式压缩氧自救器不能很好地满足煤矿井下逃生和自救的需求,为了矿难发生时更好地保证矿工的生命安全,深度剖析了现存自救器在供氧、使用及后期维护方面的缺点,通过理论分析、数值计算及模拟试验等方法研制了持续时间更长、自救效果更好、配带方便、快捷、体积更小的新型120min自救器,突破了传统的设计理念,全面优化了各项指标,配备了更符合人体工学的呼吸半面罩,使用了新型的防火材料,大大提高了自救器的整体性能指标和"自救"成功率。并详细阐述了自救器的工作原理、结构特征和技术特点。

       

      Abstract: The prevailing 45-minute compressed oxygen self-rescuer cannot meet the demand of coal mine escape and self-help in the market.Through the contrast of old and new,theoretical analysis,numerical calculation and simulation test method,a longer duration and better self-help function's 120 minutes selfrescuer is developed.The new self-rescuer,which has new design concept,outstanding performance,a more ergonomic half mask and fire-proof material,could play agreat role in the emergency coal mine rescue.This thesis mainly introduces the working principle,the technical characteristic of self-rescuer.
